Raspberry cake: A sweet and sour paradise on a plate
The desire to enjoy the raspberry season does not end with fresh fruit. We seize every opportunity to include these juicy little gems in our culinary creations, and a raspberry cake is a unique way to do it with pomp. The delicious, slightly sour taste of raspberries perfectly contrasts with the delicate sweetness of cream and cake, creating a symphony of flavors that dazzles our palate. Raspberry cake is a true master among summer desserts. It is light, slightly sour and perfectly refreshing. Raspberries add character to it, and at the same time are a rich source of vitamins and antioxidants that are healthy for our body. Delicate, moist dough is a perfect background for the intense flavor of raspberries, and sweet whipped cream and delicate cream complete the whole, creating a real miracle.

- 200g sugar (7oz)
- 100g butter (3.5oz)
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 500g fresh raspberries (17.6oz)
- 500ml cream 30% (17 fl oz)
- 150g powdered sugar (5.3oz)
- We start by preparing the dough. Mix flour with baking powder.
- Beat the butter with the sugar until fluffy, then add the eggs one at a time, beating all the time.
- Add the flour and baking powder to the butter mixture and mix until combined.
