- 250g (8.8oz) wheat flour
- 500ml (17fl oz) of milk
- 2 eggs
- Pinch of salt
- 500g (17.6oz) cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanillin
- In a bowl, add the flour, eggs, salt and slowly pour in the milk, stirring all the time to form a smooth dough.
- Heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease it. Spread a portion of the dough thinly in the pan, fry on both sides until golden brown. Repeat with the rest of the dough.
- Cottage cheese grind, mix with sugar and vanillin.
- Spread a portion of cheese on each pancake, roll the pancake into a roll.
- Serve the finished pancakes sprinkled with powdered sugar or with your favorite sauce.
