Paloma : The Mexican Lady of Cocktails
When we hear about a Mexican drink, we most often think of a margarita . However , Paloma , the margarita's more modest but no less attractive sister , deserves just as much recognition. The heart of the Paloma cocktail is tequila, but it is the grapefruit juice that gives it its unique character.
