- 200 g (7 oz) peeled shrimp
- 50 g (2 oz) chopped peanuts
- 1 chili pepper, sliced
- 1 lime, cut into quarters

- Add the cooked noodles to the pan and stir until well combined.
- Push the noodles to one side of the pan and scramble the eggs, cook until done, and then mix them with the rest of the ingredients.
- Serve on a plate with quartered lime and garnish with chopped cilantro.
