- Large lettuce leaves or gluten-free egg wraps (available in health food stores or you can make them yourself)
- 200g ground meat (beef, turkey, chicken, or pork)
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- Guacamole (avocado, lime juice, diced onion, salt, and pepper)
- Sour cream
- Chopped cilantro or parsley (optional)
- Heat olive oil in a large pan and add onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Sauté them over medium heat for a few minutes until they become soft.
- Add the ground meat to the pan and continue cooking until it is well browned. Add cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to distribute the spices evenly.
- Cook the meat and vegetable mixture for about 10-15 minutes until the meat is fully cooked. Transfer everything to a plate and let it cool for a moment.
- If using lettuce leaves as the wrap, wash and dry them. If you have gluten-free egg wraps, prepare them according to the instructions on the package.
- On each lettuce leaf or wrap, spread a layer of ground meat and vegetables. Add guacamole and a dollop of sour cream.
- Sprinkle with chopped cilantro or parsley (optional).
- Fold the burrito, making sure to roll it tightly to prevent the ingredients from falling out.
- Enjoy your meal!
