- 8 medium or 6 large eggs
- 1/3 level teaspoon of salt (0.17oz) + generous pinch of pepper
- 2 tbsp milk or heavy cream 30% (0.68oz)

- Crack the eggs into a bowl, add salt, pepper and milk. Mix everything thoroughly.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the chopped onion and chives. Fry for five minutes.
- Add the sliced garlic. Cook for another two minutes.
- Add spinach and sun-dried tomatoes. Cook for two minutes.
- Put the contents of the pan into the bowl with the eggs. Stir.
- Heat the butter in a frying pan, pour in the egg mixture. Fry for five minutes.
- Place cheese slices and rosemary leaves on top.
- Transfer pan to 180 degree oven. Bake for 10 minutes.
