- 5 pickled cucumbers
- 1.5 liters of water
- 300g potatoes (10.5oz)
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 100g white sausage (3.5oz)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chop the onion and garlic finely. Peel the potatoes and dice them. Cut the sausage into small pieces. Cut cucumbers into thin strips.
- In a large pot, heat the butter, add the onion and garlic. Fry until they turn golden.
- Add the sausage and fry for a few minutes until it starts to brown slightly.
- Add cucumbers and potatoes, fry for another few minutes.
- Add water, season with salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat for about 30 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
