- 200g (7oz) brown sugar

- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 375g (13.5oz) all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 300g (10.5oz) dark chocolate, chopped into pieces
