- 200g (7oz) wheat flour
- 200g (7oz) sugar
- 50g (1.76oz) cocoa
- 6 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 200g (7oz) dark chocolate
- 200ml (6.8 fl oz) 30% cream
- 100g (3.5oz) butter
- We start by preparing the biscuit. Beat the eggs until fluffy with the sugar. Then add the flour, cocoa and baking powder. We mix everything thoroughly.
