Buckwheat cutlets are not only delicious, but also simple and quick to prepare. It's a perfect proposition for lunch or dinner, as well as for a lunch at work or school. The recipe for buckwheat cutlets, which we will present below, is extremely simple. It does not require specialist culinary knowledge or complicated ingredients. - 200g (7oz) buckwheat
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Breadcrumbs for breading
- Frying oil
- Cook the buckwheat groats according to the instructions on the packaging. After cooking, set aside to cool.
- Peel the onion and garlic and chop finely. Fry in a pan with a little oil until the onion becomes glassy.
- Add fried onion with garlic, eggs, salt and pepper to the cooled porridge. We mix everything thoroughly.
- From the resulting mass we form cutlets, which we roll in breadcrumbs.
- Fry the chops in hot oil on both sides until golden.
