  • ¼ cup erythritol (or other keto sweetener)
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup room temperature butter
  • 2 eggs

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) before starting.
