- 1kg (35.3oz) potatoes
- 500g (17.6oz) minced meat (beef or mixed)
- 1 large onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 150g (5.3oz) cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons (1.06oz) of vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Peel the potatoes, cut into slices and cook al dente in salted water. Drain after cooking.
