- 1 kg (2.2 lbs ) of potatoes
- 200g (7 oz) bacon
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 eggs
- 200 ml (6.8 fl oz) 30% cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 100g (3.5 oz) grated cheese
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices. Dice the bacon.
- Heat butter in a pan, add chopped bacon and fry until crispy. Add chopped onion and garlic, fry until onion turns translucent.
- In a bowl, mix eggs with sour cream, add salt and pepper to taste.
