- 200g (7oz) millet groats
- 500g (17.6oz) mixed vegetables (e.g. peppers, zucchini, onions)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 200g (7oz) feta cheese
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Cook the millet according to the instructions on the package, and then set aside to cool.
- Dice the vegetables, finely chop the garlic. Fry everything together in olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
- Add eggs, crumbled feta and fried vegetables to the cooled porridge. We mix thoroughly.
- Transfer the finished mass to a greased baking form.
- Bake the casserole in an oven preheated to 180°C (356°F) for about 30 minutes.
