- 500g chicken (about 1.1 lb)
- 500g potatoes (about 1.1 lb)
- 2 carrots
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 cup 18% cream (about 8.5 fl oz)
- 200g cheese (about 7 oz)
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices. Also peel the carrot and cut it into slices. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
- Wash the chicken, dry it and cut it into small pieces. Fry in a pan with a little oil until golden. Add chopped onion and garlic, fry together for a few minutes.
